Design & product: proposal for a complete overhaul of the mobile interface (creation of animated prototypes).
Synchronization with the web platform for a seamless and cohesive overall user experience.
Management & strategy: management of a complex national project with high political stakes (interfacing with Zurich).
Development of the marketing strategy with the Product Owner and constant balancing between the ideal UX and technical constraints.
Methodology & collaboration: end-to-end design (wireframes, mockups, rapid testing) and close collaboration with developers using Agile Scrum methodology (sprints, demos, retrospectives).
