SRG SSR is launching the first 100% Swiss streaming platform (TV, mobile, desktop).
This project, led by a small « start-up style » team, involves designing the entire ecosystem from scratch: technical infrastructure, content strategy, user experience, and brand identity.

CHALLENGE
Designing a multi-screen ecosystem (Web, Mobile, TV) for 1 million users.
Design & systems: creation of the end-to-end UX/UI and deployment of a scalable design system.
User research: full cycle from guerrilla testing to interviews, including strategic synthesis and prototyping to refine features.
Project management: via Scrum methodology, workshop facilitation, and close collaboration with Product Managers and developers.
Stakeholder relations: presenting and advocating for design directions during national leadership sessions.
